Marble Expo International provides high-quality natural and engineered stone products, including but not limited to:

All purchases and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at our discretion without notice.


3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct any errors and adjust orders accordingly. Payments must be made in full before processing or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders will be processed based on product availability.
  • Estimated delivery times may vary and are provided as guidelines only.
  • Shipping and handling fees may apply, and the buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of delivery details.
  • Custom orders or special fabrication projects may have additional lead times.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of natural stone and custom fabrication, all sales are final unless otherwise specified. Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns.
  • No returns on custom-cut or installed products.

Refunds will be issued at our discretion once the product is inspected and approved for return. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.


6. Warranties & Liability

Marble Expo International does not provide warranties on natural stone products due to variations in color, texture, and durability. Engineered products may be subject to manufacturer warranties, which will be passed on to the customer where applicable.

We are not liable for:

  • Natural variations in stone, including veining, color shifts, or surface imperfections.
  • Improper installation, maintenance, or use of the product.
  • Incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required for order processing and legal compliance.
